应用水射流粉碎技术回收贫铜矿石中铜试验 被引量:1

摘要 陕西西安某铜矿山废石铜品位为0.26%,目的矿物黄铜矿硬度为3.5。试样铜品位低于工业开采品位。为寻求有效利用低品位铜矿石的有效途径,采用水射流粉碎对试样进行粉碎试验。结果显示:试样经一段水射流粉碎,粉碎产品经筛孔尺寸为0.15mm筛子筛分后,筛上经二段水射流粉碎,粉碎产品经筛孔尺寸为0.15mm筛子筛分,筛下与一段粉碎筛下合并为精矿,可以抛除产率为36.40%、回收率为9.25%的尾矿;水射流粉碎产品在矿物组成上存在着目的矿物在细粒级部分富集,脉石在粗粒级部分富集的效果。对水射流粉碎和球磨粉碎产品进行浮选试验表明,水射流粉碎可以提高浮选指标。 The copper grade of waste rock from a copper mine in Xi'an,Shaanxi is 0.26%,and the hardness of the tar get mineral chalcopyrite is 3.5. The copper grade is lower than that of industrial exploitation degree. In order to find an effec tive way to utilize low-grade copper ore,the samples were crushed by water jet. The results showed that: the sample was crushed by first stage water jet pulverization,the crushed product was screened by sieve with mesh size of 0.15 mm,and the oversize crushed by second stage water jet pulverization,the undersize mixed with undersize from first stage crushing as the concentrate,tailings with yield rate of 36.40%,recovery of 9.25% was obtained. The mineral composition of the water jet pul verized products has the effect of partial enrichment of the target mineral in fine grade and partial enrichment of gangue in coarse grade. The flotation experiments of water jet pulverization and ball mill grinding products show that water jet pulveriza tion can improve the flotation index.
