康惠尔透明贴在胫腓骨干骨折患者术前消肿中的应用效果观察

Observation on the effect of kanghuier’s transparent paste in preoperative deficiency in patients with tibifibular bone fracture

目的探讨在胫腓骨干骨折患者术前消肿中应用康惠尔透明贴的临床效果。方法抽取本院近三年收治的胫腓骨干骨折术前肿胀患者62个,均等划分为A组和B组,每组31个。两组患者都进行一些常规的护理,如功能锻炼、抬高患肢及静脉应用七叶皂苷钠等,在此基础上,A组的患者采取冰袋局部冷敷的方法进行消肿治疗;而B组的患者则采用康惠尔透明贴局部外敷进行消肿,把两组患者的消肿效果和术前等待时间进行比较。结果比较两组患者治疗五天后的消肿情况,A组的患者进行消肿治疗后,统计所得治疗总有效率为81.67%;B组的患者进行消肿治疗后,统计所得治疗总有效率为95.93%,高于A组,且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组患者的术前等待时间为(7.3±2.5)天,B组患者的术前等待时间为(4.1±1.9)天,A组术前等待时间长于B组(P<0.05)。结论在胫腓骨干骨折患者术前消肿中应用康惠尔透明贴有很好的消肿效果,比起单纯地进行局部冰袋冷敷,患者的术前等待时间明显缩短,如果能够应用于临床,一定会有很好的前景。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of applying Kanghuier in preoperative swelling reduction in patients with tibiofibular fracture.Methods In the past three years,62 patients with preoperative swelling of tibiofibular shaft fractures were admitted to the hospital,and were equally divided into group A and group B,each with 31.Both groups of patients performed some routine care,such as functional exercise,elevation of the affected limb,and intravenous application of sodium heptasaponin.On this basis,patients in group A were treated with topical cold compresses for swelling treatment.The patients in group B were treated with a local external application of Kanghuier,and the swelling effect and preoperative waiting time of the two groups were compared.Results The reduction of swelling was compared between the two groups of patients after five days of treatment.After the patients in group A were treated with swelling,the total effective rate of the treatment was 81.67 %.After the patients in group B were treated for swelling,the total effective rate of the statistically obtained treatment was 95.93 %,which was much higher than that of Group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The preoperative waiting time of group A patients was(7.3 ±2.5)days,the preoperative waiting time of group B patients was(4.1 ±1.9)days,and the preoperative waiting time of group A was much longer than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion The preoperative waiting time of patients with tibiofibular shaft fracture can be significantly reduced if it can be applied to the clinic.There will be a good prospect.
