养血清脑颗粒联合盐酸乐卡地平治疗后循环缺血合并高血压的临床研究

Research of integrated TCM and western medicine treatment scheme in treatment of posterior circulation ischemia complicated by hypertension

目的通过比较养血清脑颗粒联合盐酸乐卡地平与单用盐酸乐卡地平两种治疗方案对后循环缺血合并高血压患者治疗前后临床症状和血压的影响,评估养血清脑颗粒联合盐酸乐卡地平治疗方案的治疗疗效。方法收治的64例后循环缺血合并高血压患者随机分为2组,每组32例。治疗组口服养血清脑颗粒1袋,3次/d,同时口服盐酸乐卡地平10mg,1次/d;对照组口服盐酸乐卡地平10mg,1次/d,2组均治疗8周为1个疗程。比较2组患者治疗前后临床症状的改善情况、血压的变化以及不良反应等指标。结果甲组显效率为87.5%、总有效率为96.9%;乙组显效率为65.6%、总有效率为84.4%,2组显效率和总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组患者收缩压和舒张压差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组患者收缩压和舒张压均明显下降,且甲组下降优于乙组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲乙组各有1例患者发生头痛、1例患者发生面部潮红,1例患者发生踝部水肿。2组患者不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论养血清脑颗粒联合盐酸乐卡地平可更明显改善后循环缺血合并高血压患者的临床症状,更好的控制血压。

Objective To investigate the curative effects of Yangxueqingnao granule combined with lercanidipine hydrochloride in treatment of posterior circulation ischemia complicated by hypertension,by observing their effects on the clinical symptoms and blood pressure of patients. Methods A total of 64 patients with posterior circulation ischemia complicated by hypertension who were admitted and treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,with 32 cases in each group.The patients in treatment group were treated by oral adminstration of Yangxueqingnao granules,one bag three times a day,at the same time, lercanidipine hydrochloride 10 mg once a day,however the patients in control group were treated by orally lecadipine hydrochloride 10mg alone, once a day,with the treatment course of 8 weeks for both groups. The improvement status of clinical symptoms, blood pressure changes and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment the blood pressure levels were significantly decreased in both groups, as compared with those before treatment ( P <0.05), and the clinical symptoms were improved,and the total effective rates were 96.9% and 84.4%,respectively. However, the treatment group could better relieve clinical symptoms,as compared with control group, moreover there was significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups ( P < 0.05 ). In addition, the treatment group could better control blood pressure,as compared with control group, and there were significant differences in the mean systolic blood pressure and mean diastolic blood pressure between the two groups after treatment ( P <0.05). Conclusion The combination treatment of Yangxueqingnao granules and lekadipine hydrochloride can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with posterior circulation ischemia complicated by hypertension,which can better control blood pressure of patients.
