服务北京城市功能定位,着力建设一流应用型大学——以北京联合大学为例

Serving the Functional Orientation of Beijing City,and Focusing on the Construction of First-class Application-oriented Universities——Take Beijing Union University as an Example

根据北京城市总体规划的新要求,服务北京城市功能定位,结合高等教育分类发展,以北京联合大学为例,着重探讨以首善标准服务北京建设需求,培养满足北京区域发展需求的高素质应用型人才,以立德树人为根本,以人才培养为核心,创新教育教学方法,通过学科发展引领、科技创新,注重科研成果转化,建立适应型学科专业体系等,着力建设一流应用型大学。

According to the new requirements of Beijing’s urban master plan,serving Beijing’s urban function orientation,combining with the classified development of higher education,and taking Beijing Union University as an example,this paper focuses on discussing how to serve Beijing’s construction needs with the best standards,how to train high-quality applied talents to meet the needs of Beijing’s regional development,how to take Moral Education as the foundation,how to cultivate talents as the core,and how to innovate educating and teaching methods.In order to build a first-class application-oriented university,we should focus on the development of science and technology,innovation of science and technology,transformation of scientific research achievements,and establishment of an adaptive discipline and professional system,etc.
