炭/二氧化钛复合光催化膜的制备工艺研究

摘要 以钛酸丁酯为前驱体,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为溶剂,冰乙酸为抑制剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法成功制备了稳定的二氧化钛(TiO2)溶胶,并将其与聚丙烯腈(PAN)的DMF溶液以一定工艺混合,制备成有机/无机杂化薄膜,探索并优化了薄膜的预氧化和炭化工艺,得到炭/TiO2复合光催化膜,并进一步研究了溶剂、水、载体以及预氧化温度等因素对于成膜工艺的影响。 The steady carbon/ titanium dioxide(TiO2)sol was prepared via the sol-gel method with tetrabutyl titanate (Ti(OC 4H 9) 4) as precursor,dimethylfomamide (DMF) as solvent,and glacial acetic acid (CH 3COOH) as negative catalyst.The polyacrylonitrile(PAN)/TiO2 organic-inorganic film was obtained by mixing the TiO2 sol and PAN solution(with DMF as solvent) together.Also,the preoxidation and carbonization process of the film are studied,and the carbon/ TiO2 composite photocatalytic membrane was obtained finally.Meanwhile,the influence of the solvent,water,and temperature on the preparation procedure was discussed.
