电铸镍/不锈钢复杂热传导结构件的返修技术 被引量:4

摘要 针对电铸镍及不锈钢返修焊接技术的难点,开展TIG手工焊接返修工艺研究。试验结果表明,经过一次返修焊、两次返修焊后的电铸镍/不锈钢显微组织无明显差异。经力学性能测试发现经过返修焊后的试件抗拉强度与一次焊接的电铸镍母材强度相近,均断裂在电铸镍一侧,拉伸断口形貌显示接头均为韧性断裂,焊接接头具有良好的力学性能。 Aiming at the difficulties in the repairing welding technology of electroformed nickel and stainless steel, manual TIG welding repairing technology was studied. The results show that the microstructures of electroformed nickel/stainless steel after one repair welding and two repair welding has no obvious difference. It was found that the tensile strength of the specimens after repair welding was similar to that of the electroformed nickel base material after primary welding. All the specimens were fractured on the electroformed nickel side, and the tensile fracture morphology showed that all the joints are ductile fracture, and the welded joints has high mechanical properties.
