一种建筑夹层通风道的应用探讨

良好的自然通风是夏热冬冷地区住宅应有的基本功能。城市土地的集约使得高层住宅单元大量采用一梯多户的布局,而中间户往往难以南北通透,自然通风效果不佳。为改善这种状况,提出一种实用新型专利——“建筑夹层通风道”,主要介绍了该专利的基本形式及功能特点,其应用不仅有利于住宅体系规整,而且可以改善建筑的通风状况,使住宅平面设计更加灵活。

Good natural ventilation is the basic function of residential buildings in hot-summer and cold-winter areas. Due to intensive use of urban land, most of the high-rise residential units adopt the one-elevator multi-household layout, while the middle households are often difficult to own north-south all-transparent house type, and the natural ventilation effect is not good. In order to improve the situation, a utility model patent “building interlayer air conduit” was proposed. The paper mainly introduced the basic form and functional characteristics of the patent, its application could not only benefit the regularization of the residential system, but also improve the ventilation of the building and make the residential graphic design more flexible.
