摘要
通过针入度、软化点、延度、弗拉斯脆点和沥青旋转薄膜加热(RTFOT)试验对比分析了8%掺量的伊朗岩沥青改性沥青与30号硬质沥青的路用性能;通过试验对比分析基于高模量沥青混凝土(EME)和高性能沥青路面(Superpave)级配的伊朗岩沥青改性沥青与硬质沥青高模量混合料的路用性能。结果表明:8%掺量的伊朗岩沥青改性沥青与30号硬质沥青的高温、低温性能基本相当,伊朗岩沥青改性沥青的耐久性更好;伊朗岩沥青改性沥青和30号硬质沥青分别制备的EME混合料的高温稳定性能、低温抗裂性能相差不大,而伊朗岩沥青改性沥青EME的抗水侵害能力和抗疲劳性能更佳;伊朗岩沥青改性沥青和30号硬质沥青分别制备的Superpave混合料的高温稳定性能、低温抗裂性能相当,伊朗岩沥青改性沥青Superpave的抗水侵害能力更强。
The pavement performance of 8% Iran rock asphalt modified asphalt and No.30 hard asphalt were compared through the penetration test, softening point test, ductility test, Fraass breaking point test and RTFOT test. The pavement performances of Iran rock asphalt modified asphalt and hard asphalt high modulus mixture based on EME and Superpave gradation were compared and analyzed through experiments. The results showed that the high-temperature and low temperature properties of the 8% Iran rock asphalt modified asphalt and No.30 hard asphalt were almost equal, and the durability of the Iran rock asphalt modified asphalt was better;the high temperature stability and the low temperature cracking resistance of the EME prepared by Iran rock asphalt modified asphalt and No.30 hard asphalt had little difference, but the water damage resistance capacity and fatigue resistance performance of the Iran rock asphalt modified asphalt EME was better;the high-temperature stability and the low-temperature cracking resistance of the Superpave prepared by Iran rock asphalt modified asphalt and No.30 hard asphalt were equal, but the water damage resistance capacity of the Iran rock asphalt modified asphalt Superpave was better.
