摘要
目的:探讨ActiveFX^TM点阵CO2激光联合中医针灸去除眶周皱纹的效果。方法:选取笔者医院2016年1月-2017年5月收治的140例拟实施去除眶周皱纹的就医者,采用随机数字表法分为联合组和对照组,每组各70例。其中联合组给予ActiveFX^TM点阵CO2激光联合中医针灸治疗,对照组仅给予ActiveFX^TM点阵CO2激光治疗,对比两组就医者治疗前后眼眶周围皱纹评分、Daniell皱纹分级、满意度评分。结果:治疗前,两组就医者眶周皱纹评分差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组眶周周围评分较治疗前均显著降低(P<0.05)且联合组评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组就医者Daniell皱纹分级差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组Daniell皱纹分级较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且联合组的Daniell皱纹分级低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,联合组的主观满意度评价优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ActiveFX^TM点阵CO2激光联合中医针灸去除眶周皱纹效果优于单独使用ActiveFXTM点阵CO2激光治疗。
Objective Explore the effect of ActiveFX^TM dot matrix CO2 laser combined with traditional Chinese acupuncture to remove periorbital wrinkles. Methods One hundred and forty patients undergoing periorbital wrinkle removal from January 2016 to May 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into a combination group and a control group of 70 patients. The combined group was given an ActiveFX^TM dot matrix CO2 laser, in combination with acupuncture and moxibustion treatment. The control group only received ActiveFX^TM dot matrix CO2 laser. The wrinkle score around the eyelid, Daniell's wrinkle grade, and patient satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in periorbital wrinkle scores between the two groups (P >0.05). After treatment, the periorbital circumference scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment (P <0.05). The wrinkle scores in the periorbital weeks were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Before treatment, the difference in Daniell's wrinkle grade between the two groups was not statistically significant (P >0.05). After treatment, the Daniell's wrinkle grade was better in both groups than before treatment (P <0.05), Danielle's wrinkle classification in the combined group was lower than in the control group (P <0.05);after the treatment, the subjective satisfaction of the combined group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion ActiveFX^TM dot matrix CO2 laser combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture is superior to single-use ActiveFX^TM dot matrix CO2 laser in the removal of periorbital wrinkles.
