健脾化湿汤联合丁酸氢化可的松乳膏治疗湿疹疗效分析

Analysis of Therapeutic Effect on Eczema by Using Jianpi Huashi Decoction Combined with Hydrocortisone Butyrate Cream

目的:探讨健脾化湿汤联合丁酸氢化可的松乳膏治疗湿疹的临床效果。方法:选择150例湿疹患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组:75例,采用常规治疗+氢化可的松进行治疗;观察组:75例,在对照组基础上联合健脾化湿汤进行治疗。比较治疗前后两组患者的胃泌素(GAS)水平、炎症因子水平、特应性皮炎积分(SCORAD)和视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果:治疗后两组患者的IL-4、IL-13、IL-17水平、皮损范围、严重程度、瘙痒和睡眠、VAS评分及SCORAD积分均降低(P<0.05),且观察组患者的VAS评分、SCORAD积分、IL-4、IL-13、IL-17水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者GAS水平降低,且观察组患者的GAS水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健脾化湿汤联合丁酸氢化可的松乳膏可有效降低湿疹患者机体炎性反应,调节胃泌素紊乱状况,进而改善皮损、减轻瘙痒,可临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jianpi Huashi decoction combined with hydrocortisone butyrate cream on eczema. Methods 150 patients with eczema were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 75 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment and hydrocortisone, and the observation group was treated with Jianpi Huashi decoction on the basis of the control group. The levels of gastrin (GAS) and inflammatory factors, scores of SCORAD and VAS were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of IL-4, IL-13, IL- 17, scores of lesions, severity, pruritus, sleep, VAS and SCORAD in the two groups decreased (P <0.05), and the scores of VAS and SCORAD, levels of IL-4, IL-13, IL-17 and severity in the observation were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the level of GAS in the observation group decreased (P <0.05), and the level of GAS was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Jianpi Huashi decoction combined with hydrocortisone butyrate cream has a good therapeutic effect on eczema. It can effectively reduce the inflammatory reaction, regulate the disorder of gastrin, improve the symptoms of skin lesions and relieve the pruritus of the patients. It is worth popularizing in clinic.
