摘要 由于亚洲人的外貌具有特征性:中面部骨骼宽扁,加之颧脂肪垫松弛下垂导致中面部逐渐扁平,所以几乎很少有专门为亚洲患者设计的面部提升手术,因为很难达到令人满意的手术效果。而高位浅表肌肉腱膜系统(High superficial musculoaponeurotic system,High-SMAS)面部提升术联合手指辅助颧脂肪垫抬高(Finger-Assisted MalarElevation,FAME)技术不仅可以改善中面部老化,恢复中面部立体度,还可以改善下面部的老化问题,将这两种技术结合在一起,专门解决亚洲人种面部老化问题。本文就高位SMAS联合FAME技术在面部年轻化中的应用进展综述如下。 Because the appearance of Asians is characteristic: the flat and flat bones in the middle face and the looseness of the fat pad make the middle face gradually flatten, there are very few facial lifting exercises specially designed for Asian patients because it is difficult to achieve satisfactory results. High-fidelity musculoaponeurotic system (High-SMAS) facial lifting combined with Finger-Assisted Malar Elevation (FAME) technology can not only improve the facial aging, but also restore the middle face. We combine these technologies to specifically address the ageing of Asians. In this paper, the application progress of high order SMAS combined FAME technology in facial rejuvenation is summarized as follows.
