CEUS联合UE技术对肝脏肿瘤良恶性诊断符合率的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究超声造影(CEUS)联合超声弹性成像(UE)技术对肝脏肿瘤良恶性诊断符合率的影响。方法选取我院2016年4月~2018年7月收治的87例肝脏肿瘤患者,进行CEUS、UE检查。对比CEUS、UE单独检查及联合检查肝脏肿瘤患者良恶性的诊断符合率。结果经肝穿刺病理活检确诊良性肿瘤34例,恶性肿瘤53例。CEUS诊断符合率81.61%,UE诊断符合率82.76%;CEUS联合UE诊断肝脏肿瘤的敏感度、诊断符合率分别为98.11%、95.40%,均分别高于CEUS的(71.70%、81.61%)、UE的(75.47%、82.76%)单独诊断,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CEUS联合UE诊断肝脏肿瘤患者可提高良恶性诊断符合率,且敏感度高,能为临床诊治提供重要参考。
