面向未来10~15年的科技发展战略.青年科技人才的重要性愈加凸显,成为影响未来国家科技发展的关键因素从人才培养、人才引进、人才使用、人才评价4个方面分析了未来中国青年科技人才的发展战略.并提出了相关政策建议。

Young people are the backbone of the scientific and technological contingentsfuture development, and young scientific and technological talents are also the main force of the science and technology, with the most active innovative vitality. Facing In the scientific and technological development strategy in the next 10 to 15 years, the importance of young scientific and technological talents becomes increasingly prominent as a key factor affecting the national scientific and technological development. This paper analyzes and reflects on the development strategy of China’s young scientific and technological talents in the future from four aspects;including the talent cultivation, the talent introduction, the talent use and the talent evaluation;and relevant policy suggestions are put forward correspondingly.
