摘要
发展成熟的低技术制造业是中国产业转移的主体对象,对中国低技术制造业转移粘性测算,能够改进中国低技术制造业转移模式,促进区域协调发展。基于物理学中的牛顿粘性定律,提出新的产业转移粘性测算方法,对中国低技术制造业转移粘性进行测算。结果表明:中国低技术制造业从东部转移到西部、中部、东北部的粘性分别为57.984、13.733、11.493,从东部转移到西部的粘性远远大于到中部和东北部;中国低技术制造业转移的次序应该是先由东部向中部和东北部转移,再由中西部和东北部之间内部互相转移;湖北省、湖南省、重庆市和陕西省是中国东部低技术制造业转出的重点承接地区,上海市、河北省和江苏省是低技术制造业的主要转出区。
The development of mature low-tech manufacturing industry is the main body of China's industrial transfer.The transfer mode of China's low-tech manufacturing industry and regional development can be improved and promoted by the estimates of transfer viscosity to China's low-tech manufacturing industry.Based on Newton's viscosity law in physics,a new method of industrial transfer viscosity measurement is proposed to measure the transfer viscosity of it in China.The results show that the viscosity of China's low-tech manufacturing industry is 57.984,13.733,and 11.493 respectively,transferring from east to west,central and northeast.The order of China's low-tech manufacturing transfer should be shifted from east to central and northeast.Hubei,Hunan,Chongqing and Shaanxi provinces are the key areas for low-tech manufacturing to transfer in and Jiangsu,Shanghai,and Hebei provinces are the key areas to transfer out.
