气凝胶改性无机发泡保温板性能的研究

摘要 随着建筑节能标准的提高,发泡水泥等无机保温板材虽防火但导热系数高,导致保温板设计厚度逐渐增加,易产生空鼓开裂等质量问题。将气凝胶添加到无机发泡保温板中,研究气凝胶对无机发泡保温板性能的影响,试验结果表明,掺入气凝胶可降低无机发泡保温板吸水率,在气凝胶掺量为120L/m3时,导热系数最低达到0.056W/(m·K),在气凝胶掺量为80L/m3时抗压强度最高达到0.60MPa。 With the improvement of building energy-saving standards, inorganic thermal insulation panels such as foamed cement have high thermal conductivity, which results in the design thickness of thermal insulation panels gradually increasing and the quality problems such as hollow cracking easily occur. Aerogels are added to the inorganic foam insulation panel to study the effect of aerogels on the properties of inorganic foam insulation panel. The experimental results show that the water absorption of inorganic foam insulation panel is reduced by aerogel incorporation. When the aerogel dosage is 120L/m3, the thermal conductivity reaches the minimum of 0.056 W/(m·K), and the highest compressive strength reaches 0.60MPa when the aerogel content is 80L/m3.
