寒冷地区预制装配式保温结构一体化墙板技术应用探索与思考

为解决寒冷地区装配式建筑技术体系的三板配套技术尤其是围护结构用预制外墙板技术应用难题,结合国家最新推广发展装配式建筑政策导向,分析国内外预制装配式墙板发展应用现状和不足,对比分析了除常用夹芯保温混凝土预制节能墙板外的其他4 类装配式外墙板的技术特征和工程应用特点,充分考虑外墙在技术构造、材料性能、建筑热工、节能设计、结构可靠、隔音防水、防火安全和全预制化生产及100%装配化施工等方面的应用因素,率先提出在高节能率寒冷地区研发制备并推广应用预制装配式保温结构一体化墙板的技术解决路线,为当前进一步加快促进装配式建筑尤其是装配式钢结构建筑配套应用外墙板技术体系提供可参考借鉴性探索和研究思考。

This paper analyzes the current situation and shortcomings of the development and application of prefabricated wall panels at home and abroad, compares the technical characteristics and engineering application characteristics of four types of prefabricated wall panels, puts forward the application of prefabricated thermal insulation structure integrated wall panel technology in cold regions, and provides reference for the current exploration and further promotion of the application of wall panel technology for prefabricated buildings, especially fabricated steel structures.
