镉胁迫下小麦镉低累积品种筛选 被引量:9

The selection of low cadmium accumulation wheat varieties under cadmium stress

摘要 在Cd污染土壤种植18个小麦品种,比较在镉污染胁迫下,不同品种小麦株高、最上节节长、穗粒数和千粒重和小麦不同部位Cd含量的差异性,并研究小麦不同部位Cd含量之间的相关性,通过对小麦籽粒Cd富集能力进行聚类分析,筛选出小麦Cd低累积品种.结果表明18个小麦品种株高、最上节节长、穗粒数和千粒重存在显著性差异(P <0.05),小麦各部位Cd累积情况呈现叶>茎>颖壳>籽粒,且茎中Cd含量与叶中及颖壳中Cd含量都呈极显著正相关(P <0.01),叶中Cd含量和颖壳中Cd含量呈极显著正相关(P <0.01),颖壳中Cd含量和籽粒中Cd含量呈显著正相关(P <0.05).小麦BCF籽粒/土壤聚类分析结果表明,4号和17号品种小麦属于低Cd累积品种,品种名为西农979和郑麦129。 The plant height,the number of grain per panicle,the thousand grain weight and the Cd concentration in different parts of different varieties of wheat under Cd stress were compared.The correlation of Cd content in different parts of wheat was investigated.By using cluster analysis on the enrichment capacity of Cd in wheat grain,the low accumulation varieties of wheat were selected.Eighteen wheat varieties were planted in the soil polluted by Cd.The results showed that there were significant differences among the plant height,the uppermost internode length,the number of grain per panicle and the thousand grain weight.Cd accumulation in all parts showed leaf >stem>shell>grain,and the Cd concentration in stem was significantly positively correlated with the Cd concentration in shell and leaf.Also,the Cd concentration in leaf was significantly positively correlated the Cd concentration in shell,Furthermore,the Cd concentration in shell was significantly positively correlated with the Cd concentration in grain.The results of BCFgrain/soil cluster analysis of wheat showed that Numbers 4 and 17 were low Cd accumulation varieties,whose name is Xi-Nong 979 and Zheng-Mai 129,respectively.
