摘要
目的:设计一种基于移动端控制的多功能护理床系统,解决失能及半失能老人的护理问题。方法:该系统以多功能护理床为载体,集成基于STM32F429单片机的生理信号检测模块和远程控制模块,并基于Android平台的手机移动端App,实现对患者多项生理参数的采集、存储和对护理床的移动端控制及语音控制功能。利用移动端App通过机智云平台远程监控患者的生理数据,并协助患者调整卧姿。结果:该系统测量的生理参数准确率基本在90%以上,同时可在移动端实现协助老年患者翻身等远程控制,可满足临床使用要求。结论:该系统可为老年失能患者提供个体化护理,明显改善其健康状况并提高其生活质量。
Objective To design a multifunctional nursing bed system based on mobile terminal control to facilitate the nursing of disabled or semi-disabled elderly. Methods The system designed was composed of a multifunctional nursing bed,two STM32 F429-chip-based modules respectively for physiological parameter detection and remote control and a mobile App, which realized the functions of multi physiological parameters acquisition and storage, nursing bed control by mobile terminals and speech command, vital signs tele monitoring based on terminal App and cloud platform as well as assisting the patient in decubitus regulation. Results The system kept the accuracy higher than 90% for physiological parameters measurement, and used the mobile terminals to implement remote control for elderly body turning and etc. Conclusion The system fulfills individualized nursing of the disabled elderly so as to enhance their health conditions and living quality.
