摘要
目的:设计一套战伤救治模拟训练系统,用于实现战现场救治策略和救治技术模拟操作训练。方法:该系统采用客户端/服务器(Client/Server,C/S)模式架构,基于Delphi 2010编程工具和SQL Server数据库开发工具设计开发,包含通气技术模块、止血技术模块、包扎技术模块、固定技术模块、搬运技术模块、基础生命支持模块、训练效果评估模块等7个功能模块。结果:将该系统应用于学员战救技术的学习,在一定程度上缩短了人装结合时间,减少了训练器材的消耗,提高了学员的学习兴趣和教员的教学质量。结论:战伤救治模拟训练系统进一步拓展了卫生士官模块化培养的教学手段,验证了卫勤保障训练信息化的可行性。
Objective To design a simulation training system for tactical combat casualty care to facilitate the simulation training on medical treatment strategy and technology in battlefield conditions. Methods The system was developed with C/S architecture, Delphi 2010 and SQL Server database development tools, which was composed of 7 function modules of ventilation, hemostasis, dressing, fixation, carrying, basic life support and training efficacy evaluation. Results The system shortened the time for combining the equipment and personnel, decreased the consumption of training devices and enhanced the studying enthusiasm and teaching quality. Conclusion The system enriches the teaching tools for modular training of the medical non-commissioned officer, and ensures the feasibility of informatized medical service support training.
