The Party branch is the basic organization of the Party. Attaching importance to branch construction is a fine tradition and distinctive feature of Marx’s political Party. In the course of our Party’s revolution,construction and reform for more than 90 years,the positioning responsibility of the Party branch has undergone a historical evolution process,which has accumulated rich experience for strengthening the construction of the Party branch in the new era,and has provided important inspirations:setting up the Party branch scientifically and rationally,working hard to improve its coverage,and firmly grasping the basic positioning of the Party branch;should give full play to its role as a battle fortress,closely focus on the central task of the Party and fully perform the responsibilities of the Party branch,not only play a good role of bridge and link,but also strengthen the self-construction of the branch.
