摘要
为改善现有背负式泡沫灭火装备产品结构不合理、人机体验差、有安全隐患等缺点,在对此类产品的适用人群以及人机交互方式研究的基础上,提出模块化的设计理念,通过水箱及气瓶模块设计、背架设计等,设计了背负式多功能泡沫灭火装备。该产品既可以作为通用空气呼吸器使用,也能"变形"成为背负式泡沫灭火装置,通过有限元分析和实物检测,表明该产品具有背负舒适度高,使用安全性佳,快速脱险以及一机多用等多种优点。
In order to improve the shortcomings of the existing piggyback foam fire extinguishing equipment products such as unreasonable structure,poor human-machine experience and potential safety hazards,the applicable crowds and man-machine interaction methods were studied,a modular design concept was proposed,and by the design of water tank and cylinders modular as well as the back frame design,a backpack-type multi-functional foam fire extinguishing equipment was designed.As a general-purpose air respirator,it can also be"deformed"into a knapsack foam fire extinguishing device.Through finite element analysis and physical inspection,the results show that the product has advantages such as high back comfort,good safety,easy to escape and multi-use of one machine.
