轻质碳酸镁改性钢结构防火卷材研究

摘要 为改善CPE/EPDM基钢结构防火卷材的防火保护性能,利用轻质碳酸镁对其进行改性处理。将阻燃剂、LMC与树脂混合,经开放式炼胶机混炼均匀形成胚材,利用平板硫化剂热压成型得到样品,对样品的燃烧性能和耐火性能进行研究。结果表明:轻质碳酸镁改性CPE/EPDM基钢结构防火卷材的极限氧指数提高16.7%,水平燃烧性能达到FH-1,垂直燃烧等级由FV-1提升为FV-0,最大烟密度降低24.5%,烟密度等级从68.20降为40.41;添加15.0%轻质碳酸镁的卷材耐火极限增加18.4%。轻质碳酸镁有效提高了防火卷材的阻燃防火性能,且具有抑烟作用,耐火极限提升明显。 In order to improve the fire protection performance of CPE/EPDM base steel structure fireproofing coil,light magnesium carbonate was used on the modification.The flame retardant,LMC and resin was blended evenly to form embryo material by open rubber mixer.Samples were obtained by hot pressing with flat vulcanizing agent.The combustion characteristics and flame retardancy properties of the sample were studied.The results showed that the limit oxygen index of light magnesium carbonate modified CPE/EPDM base steel structure fireproofing coil was increased by16.7%,the horizontal combustion performance was FH-1,the vertical burning level was promoted from FV-1 to FV-0,the greatest smoky density was reduced by 24.5%,and the smoke density rank was reduced from 68.20 to 40.41;The fireproof limit of rolled material with 15.0%light magnesium carbonate was increased by18.4%.The light magnesium carbonate has effectively improved the fire retardant properties of the fire resistant rolling material and has the function of smoke suppression,and the fire retardant limit has been significantly improved.
