基于组合赋权法的文物建筑火灾风险评估 被引量:4

摘要 以西安市钟鼓楼建筑为例,通过三个月实地调研,构建了5个准则层指标和24个方案层指标的文物建筑火灾风险评价指标体系。采用层次分析法和主成分分析法两种方法组合赋权来进行评估分析,得到每项指标的综合权重,对计算结果进行分析讨论得出最终结果。结果表明,用电、消防人员的管理能力和火灾处理能力、灭火设施是影响文物建筑火灾最重要的致灾因子。 Taking the bell and drum tower building in Xi’an city as an example,the fire risk assessment index system of cultural relic buildings with five criterion layer indexes and 24 scheme layer indexes was constructed through three months of field investigation.This paper adopts the combination of AHP and PCA to evaluate and analyze,and obtains the comprehensive weight of each index.The calculation results are analyzed and discussed to obtain the final results.The results show that power consumption,management and fire handling capability of firefighting personnel and fire extinguishing facilities are the most important factors that affect the fire of cultural relic buildings.
