天然气管道纳米复合涂层结构设计及性能测试 被引量:1

摘要 为解决天然气管道易泄露、腐蚀严重的问题,首先运用有限元分析技术对天然气管道受力薄弱环节进行模拟失效分析,分析结果表明:管道内壁粗糙度对耐久性有较大影响。采用有机/无机纳米复合涂层对内壁进行了防护,提高了内壁表面光洁度,并利用纳米粒子的壁虎效应与内壁形成牢固的结合力,确保涂层无脱落、无剥离,利用纳米粒子的荷叶效应与流体介质产生自洁净效果,确保内壁无结垢。通过金相分析、显微电镜实验、XRD表征及电化学实验,综合分析了纳米复合涂层的耐久性。测试结果表明,新型纳米复合涂层不仅具有比普通涂层明显的防腐效果,而且还具有一定程度的自修复功能。 In order to prevent the easy leakage and serious corrosion of natural gas pipelines, the finite element analysis technology is applied to simulate the failure of the weak link. Results show that the roughness of the inner wall of a pipeline has a great influence on its durability. In this paper, organic/inorganic nano-composite coating was used to protect the inner wall, which improved its surface finish, and made use of the gecko effect of nano-particles to form a firm bonding force between the inner wall and the inner wall to ensure that the coating did not fall off or peel off. The lotus leaf effect of nano-particles and the self-cleaning effect of fluid medium are used to ensure that there is no scaling on the inner wall. Based on the Metallographic analysis, microscopic electron microscopy, and XRD table, the durability of nano-composite coatings was analyzed through electrochemical experiments. The test results show that the new nano-composite coating not only has better anticorrosion effect than ordinary coating, but also has self-repairing function to a certain extent.
