摘要
建立铕离子(Ⅲ)荧光探针法测定阿莫西林含量的实验方法。在激发波长为269nm和发射波长为615nm处,pH值为8.5、静置时间为5min、铕离子浓度为1.864×10^-4mol/L条件下,考查阿莫西林浓度对荧光强度的影响。结果表明,在1.651×10^-5mol/L^6.606×10^-5mol/L范围内,阿莫西林的浓度c与荧光强度F存在线性关系,标准曲线的线性回归方程为F=-4.450c+1268.747,线性相关系数为0.9918,平均回收率为98.93%。
Europium ion(Ⅲ) fluorescence probe method for determining the content of Amoxicillin was established. Under the condition of the excitation wavelength of 269nm and the emission wavelength of 615nm,the pH was 8.5,the time was 5min,and the concentration of europium ion was 1.864×10^-4mol/L,the effect of amoxicillin concentration on the fluorescence intensity was investigated. The experimental results show that in the range of 1.651×10^-5mol/L^6.606×10^-5mol/L,a linear relationship between the concentration of C and the fluorescence intensity F,the linear regression equation of the standard curve was F=-4.450c+1268.747,the correlation coefficient was 0.9918,the average recovery rate was 98.93%.
