催化裂化装置再生斜管失效原因分析及治理对策

摘要 就延安炼油厂催化裂化装置再生斜管膨胀短节失效展开失效原因分析及治理对策的研究。通过对现场实际生产情况、装置工作环境、再生斜管膨胀短节材料、膨胀短节受力等方面的研究分析得出了在高温条件下该装置失效的主要因素,在此基础上提出了应对再生斜管膨胀短节失效的治理对策,为后续炼化厂催化裂化生产工作正常进行提供了可靠依据。 This paper analyzes the failure causes and countermeasures of the expansion failure of the expansion tube of the Yanhua refinery catalytic cracking unit. Through the research on the actual production situation,the working environment of the device,the material of the expansion tube,the expansion of the short section,and the force of the expansion joint,the main factors of the failure of the device under high temperature conditions are obtained. The countermeasures for the failure of the tube expansion short section provide a reliable basis for the subsequent normalization of catalytic cracking production in the refinery.
