摘要
采用C18色谱柱,流动相为0.02mol/L的乙酸铵溶液和甲醇,检测波长为280nm,流速为1mL/min,柱温为25℃,进样体积为10μL,测定了常见碳酸饮料中苯甲酸的含量。结果表明:在质量浓度为1~100μg/mL之间,苯甲酸标准品溶液有良好的线性关系,相关系数R2=0.9995。测得三种碳酸饮料中苯甲酸的加标回收率分别为89.64%~105.62%、96.42%~102.99%和85.92%~97.94%。高效液相色谱具有快速、准确、高效的特点,因此可用此方法对市售碳酸饮料中苯甲酸的含量进行测定。
AC18 column was used,the mobile phase was ammonium acetate solution and methanol of 0.02mol/L,the detection wavelength was 280 nm,the flow rate was 1 mL ?min,the column temperature was 25 ℃,and the injection volume was 10 μ L. the content of benzoic acid in common carbonated drinks was determined. The results show that there is a good linear relationship between the concentration of 1-100 μ g / mL and the correlation coefficient R2 ≥ 0.999 5. The recovery of benzoic acid in three kinds of carbonated drinks was 89.64%≤ 105.62%,96.42%≤ 102.99% and 85.9,respectively. 2%≤ 97. 94%. High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is rapid,accurate and efficient,so this method can be used to determine the content of benzoic acid in carbonated drinks.
