摘要
试验研究了橡胶减振制品骨架材料(金属与非金属)的表面处理工艺中脱脂、喷砂、磷化、水洗等环节及胶黏剂厚度等因素对橡胶与骨架材料的黏合效果的影响,得出了最优的黏合工艺,对实际生产具有指导意义。
Experimental study on the rubber composite shock absorber skeleton materials (metal and plastic surface treatment process degreasing,metal parts shot blasting or plastic blasting,phosphating,washing links and adhesive thickness factors of rubber and skeleton materials bonding effect influence,obtains the optimal bonding process,it is of guiding significance for the actual production.
