承德磷矿湿法制取磷酸装置的设计和生产

Summary of the design and production process of wet-process phosphoric acid unit for phosphate mine in chengde,north China

针对承德磷矿氯含量高、钙磷比高的特点,对设计湿法磷酸装置时已考虑的事项进行了归纳总结,对运行过程中存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了相应措施,为今后装置建设及运行服务。

In view of the characteristics of high chlorine content and high CaO/P2O5 ratio in phosphate rock in Chengde area,the considerations in the design are summarized,and the considerations not taken into account are resolved in the operation process,so as to serve the construction and operation of the plant in the future.
