摘要
为了防止杂盐在浓盐水结晶系统中积累,浓盐水结晶装置需排出少量的母液以保证装置的稳定运行。通过对滚筒刮板干燥机工艺、蒸发釜+离心机工艺、喷雾干燥工艺三种干化技术进行比选,选出适合煤化工项目的最优方案。
In order to prevent the accumulation of abraum salt in the concentrated brine crystallization system,a small amount of mother liquor shall be discharged from the crystallization unit to ensure the stable operation of the device. Through comparing and selecting three drying technologies,namely,roller scraper dryer process,evaporator + centrifuge process and spray drying process,the optimal scheme suitable for coal chemical project was selected.
