摘要
动力学是本科环境化学课程的重要组成部分,相关的实验练习有助于学生掌握概念。这里描述的实验室操作包括测定氨基甲酸酯类农药甲萘威(1-萘基甲基氨基甲酸酯)碱催化水解的二级速率常数,该练习采用相对简单且易于获得的设备。通过利用过渡态理论来区分水解机制,该练习也可以适用于更高层次的课程。
Dynamics is an important part of the undergraduate environmental chemistry course. The laboratory operation described herein includes the determination of a secondary rate constant for the catalytic hydrolysis of a carbamate pesticide,such as a methyl carbamate (1-methyl-methylcarbamate) base,which uses a relatively simple and easy-to-obtain device. By using the transition state theory to distinguish the hydrolysis mechanism,the exercise can also be applied to higher-level courses.
