摘要 Creative and diverse, China's vibrant, ornate ethnic minority embroideries have dynamic style, colorful designs, and characteristics distinct to each ethnic group. Embroidery is a significant part of China's intangible cultural heritage, and in recognition of this, China's representative list of National Intangible Cultural Heritage includes the many forms of embroidery from the country's ethnic groups. Their embroidery is essential not only to their costumes and everyday objects but also adds meaning at minority folk activ让ies such as festivals and rituals. The handicraft, formed through years of labor and integration, carries the code of national survival and reproduction, expresses regional traits and symbolism including clan membership, signifies aesthetic preferences of China's ethnic groups, and is an organic aspect of Chinese nation's multi-integrated cultural patl em.
