绊线形状对压气机流动控制影响分析 被引量:3

摘要 有效抑制压气机叶片表面的分离是提高压气机效率和稳定裕度的重要手段。在前人研究的基础上详细分析了绊线形状(椭圆形、圆形、三角形)对压气机流动分离控制的影响。研究结果表明:不同绊线形状对压气机的流动控制效果不尽相同。在不同攻角下,在分离点位置添加椭圆形绊线使得压气机在整个工况范围内损失都较低,在正攻角范围内使得压气机总压损失至少降低18%,而圆弧形和三角形绊线则控制效果不佳。说明选择合适的绊线形状对压气机流动控制具有重要意义。 Effective suppress separation of compressor blade surface is an important way to improve compressor efficiency and stability.On the basis of previous studies,the influence of trip-line shape (ellipse,circle,and triangle) on the flow separation control of compressor is analyzed in detail.The results show that the different trip-line shape has different influence on the flow field of the compressor.At different angles of attack,the loss of the compressor in the whole operating range is low by adding elliptical trip-line at the separation point.In the range of positive angle of attack,the total pressure loss of compressor is reduced by at least 18% and the circular arc and triangle tripping lines have poor control effect.It is very important to choose the appropriate tripping shape to avoid separation bubble.
