摘要
针对工业燃气窑炉炉膛温度由于燃烧过程不确定性导致的控制难题,探讨了一种基于仿人智能的控制策略。分析了炉膛燃烧过程中存在的控制难题,总结了燃烧过程的控制论特性,研究了炉膛温度的仿人智能控制策略,设计了与燃烧过程控制论特性匹配的基本控制算法。以二阶滞后过程为例,实验仿真结果验证了所设计控制算法的良好动、静态控制品质和强鲁棒性能。仿真研究结果表明:仿人智能控制策略可完全满足用户在控制品质上对炉膛温度控制的要求。
Aiming at the control problem caused by the uncertainty of combustion process in the furnace temperature of industrial gas kiln,a control strategy based on human-like intelligence was discussed.In the paper,it made the anatomy of control puzzles existing in furnace combustion process,summarized up the cybernetic characteristics of combustion process,studied on the control strategy of furnace temperature based on human simulated intelligence,and designed the basic control algorithm that would match with the cybernetic characteristics of combustion process.Taking the two-order with lag process as example,the experimental simulation results verified that the designed control algorithm would be better in dynamic and static control quality and stronger in robustness.The simulation research results show that the control strategy based on human simulated intelligence can fully meet the requirements of the control quality for the combustion chamber temperature control of industrial gas kilns.
