摘要
考虑远程支援干扰的影响.提出警戒雷达效能评估指标和相应的量化规则.采用层次分析法和熵权法确定了指标的权重.充分考虑警戒雷达工作过程中不同指标之间的逻辑关系.改进了警戒雷达效能指标单一的聚合方式.建立效能评估指标体系.更加准确地反映装备的真实效能.提出基于矩阵运算的效能聚合算法.将处理不确定信息的能力和制约关系指标的效能聚合能力进行有效兼容.采用改进评估方法和效能评估指标体系对警戒雷达在远程支援干扰下的工作效能进行仿真分析.证明改进方法的可行性.为单部警戒雷达在远程干扰环境中的工作效能评估和多部雷达的性能优劣排序提供决策依据.
Considering the influence of remote support jamming,the effectiveness evaluation index and the corresponding quantitative rules are put forward.AHP and entropy weight method are used to determine the weight of index.Considering the logical relationship among indexes,the aggregation method is improved,and index system is established to reflect equipment efficiency more accurately.The algorithm of efficiency aggregation based on matrix operation is proposed,which contains the ability of dealing with uncertain information,and the ability of aggregating efficiency of indexes which restrict each other.Based on the improved method and effectiveness evaluation,efficiency of warning radar in remote standoff jamming is simulated,which proves the feasibility of the improved method.It also provides decision-making basis for the evaluation of the effectiveness of single radar in remote standoff jamming and sorting of radar performances.
