多配体蛋白聚糖2在非小细胞肺癌中异常表达的临床意义

Clinical significance of SDC2 in non small cell lung cancer

目的研究多配体蛋白聚糖2(SDC2)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中表达的临床病理意义。方法收集2015年1月~2017年1月河北省秦皇岛市第一医院73例手术切除NSCLC组织为NSCLC组,采用免疫组织化学染色法检测SDC2在癌组织中的表达,并以相应癌旁正常组织作为对照组。分析SDC2在NSCLC组织中的差异表达。结果与对照组比较,SDC2在NSCLC组中的阳性表达显著升高,其异常高表达与肺癌分化程度和TMN分期关系密切(P < 0.05)。结论 SDC2在NSCLC的异常表达可能是肺癌诊断治疗的靶点之一。

Objective To study the clinical significance of SDC2 in non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods The surgical resections of NSCLC tissues of 73 cases were collected in the First Hospital of Qinhuangdao City in Hebei Province from January 2015 to January 2017 as NSCLC group. The expression of SDC2 was masured by IHC staining of NSCLC compared with normal tissue adjacent to cancer (control group). Results Compared with control group, the positive expression of SDC2 was increased in NSCLC and had a realtionship with cancer differentation and TNM stages (P < 0.05). Conclusion SDC2 may be one of potentail targets for dignosis and treatment of NSCLC.
