摘要
通过对陕西省750名乡村教师的问卷调查发现,当前乡村教师队伍建设存在的问题包括部分乡村教师存在身心健康问题,乡村教师的工作压力普遍比较大,乡村教师专业培训效果和培训意愿需要增强,乡村教师对生活待遇的满意度较低,乡村教师职称评审倾斜政策落实不到位,乡村教师社会地位低和受歧视较为普遍。因此,需要针对乡村教师队伍建设过程中存在的问题,多措并举提高乡村教师队伍建设质量,从而实现乡村教育振兴。
Through a questionnaire survey of 750 rural teachers in Shaanxi Province, it is found that the current problems in the construction of rural teachers include some rural teachers who have physical and mental health problems. The work pressure of rural teachers is generally relatively large, and the professional training effect and training willingness of rural teachers need to be enhanced. Rural teachers are less satisfied with their living conditions, and the policy of rural teacher?s professional title evaluation title evaluation is not put into effect, and rural teachers have low social status and discrimination are more common. Therefore, in order to solve the problems existing in the construction of rural teachers, many measures should be taken to improve the quality of rural teachers, so as to realize the revitalization of rural education.
