近二十年韩国学界大韩民国临时政府研究的特点和动向

Characteristics and Trends of Research on Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea in the Past Two Decades

本文对近二十年韩国学界关于临时政府的研究进行了梳理,分析出以下特点和动向:第一,关于正统性的论争大部分主要围绕临时政府的继承关系展开,提倡把具有社会主义倾向的左派看作独立运动力量的观%仍很难占据学界的主流;第二,关于组织结构的研究严重失衡,过于偏重于临时议政院,对国务院、交通局等其他组织机构的研究严重不足;第三,临时政府的对华外交取得了丰硕成果,对英美大国的外交却屡遭失败;第四,女性研究开始得到关注,研究重点由女性团体的整体活动逐步转向女性独立运动人士的生活和活动;第五,人物研究的对象不断扩大,开始关注普通侨民的生活,文本分析等方法的使用也使研究方法更加多样;第六,对海外侨民社会的研究,在关注的地区和内容上都有一定的变化;第七,朝鲜半岛内部、海外侨民社会和其他国家的媒体对三一运动和临时政府的态度和报道倾向存在不同程度的差异。基于这些特%和动向,作者提出了相应的建议。

The paper reviews the research on provisional government of the Republic of Korea carried out by the Korean academia in recent 20 years and analyzes the following features and trends. First, most of the arguments on legitimacy focus on the inheritance of the provisional government, and it can hardly be a main trend that the leftists with socialist tendencies could be viewed as an independent movement. Second, researches on organizational structure are quite unbalanced, with too much efforts put on the Provisional Congress, whereas researches on the State Council, the Transportation Bureau and other organizations are quite inadequate. Third, the provisional government has achieved fruitful results in terms of diplomatic relations with China, but has failed in many occasions when dealing with big powers like the U.S. and the U.K. Fourth, great attention has been paid to Women7S studies and the focal points have been shifted gradually from the overall activities of Women7S groups to the lives and activities of those independent women activists.Fifth, the research scopes on people have been broadened, with more emphasis on the lives of ordinary expatriates. Research methods have also been more diversified with the adoption of text analysis. Sixth, social studies on overseas expatriates have undergone certain changes in the areas and contents of concern. Finally, there are discrepancies in the attitudes and reporting tendencies toward the March 1st. Movement ( also known as Sam-il Movement ) and the provisional government in the Korean peninsula, overseas expatriates society and other countries7 media. Based on the above mentioned features, the paper has listed some suggestions for further studies.
