摘要
韩国的高等教育产学合作历经了半个多世纪的发展,逐渐趋于完善和成熟,这背后既离不开韩国特殊的历史文化背景,也离不开韩国历届政府对高等教育在服务和推动国家经济发展中所起作用的重视。本文运用多源流理论分析框架,分析韩国高等教育产学合作发展的问题源流、政治源流和政策源流,并将韩国高等教育产学合作的发展分为胎动、萌芽、活跃和完善四个时期,同时结合韩国历次大规模的产学合作工程来对韩国高等教育产学合作政策进行评价。
After more than half a century of development,the higher education industry-university cooperation in ROK gradually become perfect and mature,which closely contect with the special historical and cultural background of ROK, as well as the great efforts of the successive governments.By using the multi-stream theory, this paper firstly analyzes the origin of industry-university cooperation in three dimentions of problem, politices and policy, and then divides the development into four stages: sprouting period, establishing period, dynamic period and improving period. Meanwhile, evaluating the polity based on ROK s large scale industry-university cooperation projects.
