摘要 目的初步建立灵香草的质量标准。方法对样品进行性状和显微鉴别;按2015年版《中国药典(四部)》通则2301杂质检查法、0832水分测定法中烘干法、2302灰分测定法、2201浸出物测定法对样品进行相关检查。结果样品的性状和显微特征明显;杂质为1.75%~3.09%,水分为10.84%~12.78%,总灰分为5.69%~7.26%,酸不溶性灰分为0.42%~0.78%,95%乙醇浸出物为13.06%~17.05%。结论灵香草药材杂质的质量分数不得过4.0%,水分不得过15.0%,总灰分不得过8.5%,酸不溶性灰分不得过1.0%,热浸法醇溶性浸出物不得低于8.0%。所建立的质量标准可一定程度控制灵香草质量。 Objective To establish the quality standard of Lysimachia foenum-graecum.Methods The properties and microscopic identification of the samples were carried out,and the related examinations of samples were carried out according to the impurity test in general rule 2301,the oven drying method in moisture test in general rule 0832,ash determination method in general rule 2302 and extract determination method in general rule 2201 of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 edition,volumeⅣ).Results The properties and microscopic characteristics of the samples were obvious,impurities were 1.75%-3.09%,water content was 10.84%-12.78%,total ash was 5.69%-7.26%,acid-insoluble ash was 0.42%-0.78%,95%ethanol extract was 13.06%-17.05%.Conclusion In the Lysimachia foenum-graecum,the mass fraction of impurities should not be higher than 4.0%,the water content should not be higher than 15.0%,the total ash should not be higher than 8.5%,the acid-insoluble ash should not be higher than 1.0%,and the alcohol-soluble extract by hot-dipping method should not be lower than 8.0%.The established quality standard can control the quality of Lysimachia foenum-graecum to a certain extent.
