推动建立雄安新区与周边地区协同发展新格局

On Coordinative Development Improvement between Xiongan New Area and its Locality

雄安新区作为疏解北京非首都功能的集中承载地,不仅是解决北京大城市病、探索人口经济密集地区优化开发新模式的重要平台,也是缩小河北与京津发展差距、带动河北经济社会发展新的增长极。雄安新区与周边地区互动发展,形成互相影响、互相依存的良性互动关系,有利于以雄安新区建设这个“点”带动周边地区乃至整个河北的发展,因此,要把握《河北雄安新区规划纲要》实质,发挥雄安对周边的辐射带动作用,周边地区也要发挥地缘优势,主动在产业、交通、生态等方面对接融入,同时要协同推进公共服务体系建设,实现公共服务均等化,推动建立雄安新区与周边地区协同发展新格局。

As a non-capital concentrated carrying area for the function of Beijing,Xiongan New Area is not only an important platform for solving Beijing ’s Super-City problems,exploring new models for optimizing the development of population-intensive areas,but also the new growth poles for narrow ing the gap between Hebei and Beijing-Tianjin,and promoting Hebei’s economic and social development. The interactive development between Xiongan New Area and its locality has formed a sound interactive relationship of mutual influence and dependence,which is conducive to drive the progress of the surrounding areas and even Hebei through the development of Xiongan New Area. Therefore,it is necessary to know better the essence of the Planning Outline of Xiongan New Area of Hebei,and to exert the active role of Xiongan influencing its locality. The surrounding areas should also exert their geographical advantages and actively integrate in the aspects of industry,transportation and ecology. At the same time,it is necessary to jointly promote the construction of the public service system,to achieve equalization of public services,and to promote the establishment of a new pattern of coordinated development between Xiongan New Area and its locality.
