城乡融合视域下转型社区公共服务居民满意度实证研究

Empirical Study on Residents’ Satisfaction of Public Service in Transitional Communities from Perspective of Urban-Rural Integration

转型社区公共服务是城乡融合发展基本方略的最小细胞,衡量社区居民对公共服务的满意程度对于公共服务的供给具有重要意义,结合转型社区公共服务的特征和影响因素,构建转型社区公共服务居民满意度结构方程模型,以天津市转型社区为例,在量表设计和问卷调研的基础上,对居民满意度进行研究。研究结果表明,在影响居民满意度的三个主要潜在变量中,感知质量对居民满意度影响最大,其次分别是感知价值和居民期望,并提出提高居民满意度的公共服务对策和建议。

Public service in transitional communities is the smallest unit in the urban-rural integration and development program,and measuring community residents’ satisfaction to public services is of significance for public service supply. Based on characteristics and influencing factors of community public service in transitional communities,the structural equation model of residents’ satisfaction to transitional communities’ public service is constructed. By using scale design and questionnaire survey,residents’ satisfaction is researched taking transitional communities of Tianjin as an example. The results show that among three major potential variables affecting residents’ satisfaction,perceived quality impacts most on residents’ satisfaction,follow ed by perceived value and residents’ expectations,then public service countermeasures and suggestions of improving residents’ satisfaction are put forward.
