中药解酒实验研究文献梳理与分析

Carding and analysis of experimental literature on traditional Chinese medicine hangover

通过查阅检索中国知网(CNKI)收载、发表于2005年6月~2018年10月与中药解酒相关研究的文献,对中药解酒以及实验的研究现状和进展进行了解,并对论文中可能存在的共性问题进行梳理与分析,从而为解酒药物的相关研究提供思路和借鉴。在检索到的符合检索目的的相关56篇论文中发现,近年来针对中药解酒作用的研究日益增多,如药物剂型、制作工艺等方面,特别是在药理实验验证、作用机制等方面的研究更为突出。同时,研究解酒作用的实验方法、评价指标存在一些局限性和不一致性,不利于解酒药物的筛选以及解酒作用的评价。

Through reviewing and searching the literatures of hangover of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) published from June 2005 to October 2018 on China National Knowledge Internet(CNKI), the current situation and progress of the research on TCM antialcoholism and experiment was understood, and the existing common problems in the paper were analyzed and sorted out to provide the ideas and references for the related researches. In 56 related papers that were searched for the purpose of the study, it was found that the researches on the hangover effect of TCM increased in recent years, such as pharmaceutical dosage forms, production processes, etc., especially in the fields of pharmacological experimental verification and mechanism of action. At the same time, there were some limitations and inconsistencies in the experimental methods and evaluation indexes of antialcoholic effect, which were not conducive to the screening of antialcoholic drugs and the evaluation of antialcoholic effect.
