麝香保心丸联合氯沙坦治疗高血压合并左室肥厚的临床效果

Clinical effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pills combined with Losartan in the treatment of hypertension complicated with left ventricular hypertrophy

目的探讨麝香保心丸联合氯沙坦治疗高血压合并左室肥厚的临床效果。方法选取2013年6月~2018年3月于我院内科治疗的50例确诊为原发性高血压合并左室肥厚患者作为研究对象,全部患者按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,每组各25例。对照组患者给予氯沙坦治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上给予麝香保心丸治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后24 h动态血压指标及心脏彩超指标[左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)],并比较两组患者治疗期间的不良反应发生情况。结果实验组患者治疗后的24 h动态血压各个指标均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者治疗后的LVEDD、LVESD均显著低于对照组,LVEF明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗过程中两组均未出现严重的不良反应。结论麝香保心丸联合氯沙坦治疗高血压合并左室肥厚,能够显著降低血压,改善心室肌肥大状况,效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pills combined with Losartan in the treatment of hypertension complicated with left ventricular hypertrophy. Methods A total of 50 patients treated in internal medicince department of our hospital and diagnosed with primary hypertension complicated with left ventricular hypertrophy from June 2013 to March 2018 were selected as the study subjects. All patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Losartan, and the experimental group was treated with Shexiang Baoxin Pills on the basis of the control group. The 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure indexes and echocardiography indexes(left ventricular end diastolic diameter [LVEDD], left ventricular end systolic diameter [LVESD], left ventricular ejection fraction [LVEF]) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment, and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was compared between the two groups. Results The indexes of 24- hour ambulatory blood pressure after treatment in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The LVEDD and LVESD after treatment in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the LVEF was significantly higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). No serious adverse reactions occurred in either group during the course of treatment. Conclusion Shexiang Baoxin Pills combined with Losartan can significantly reduce the blood pressure in the treatment of hypertension complicated with left ventricular hypertrophy, improve the condition of ventricular hypertrophy, and the effect is significant, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
