骨搬移技术治疗股骨干大段感染性骨不连的效果

Effect of bone transfer technique in the treatment of infectious nonunion of large femoral shaft

目的探讨骨搬移技术治疗股骨干大段感染性骨不连的效果。方法选取我院2015年10月~2018年10月收治的40例股骨干大段感染性骨不连患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(20例)与研究组(20例)。对照组采取常规手术方法,研究组采用骨搬移技术。比较两组的治疗效果、出血量、手术时间、住院时间、并发症发生率。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的65.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的并发症总发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的30.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的出血量少于对照组,手术时间与住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨搬移技术对股骨干大段感染性骨不连患者有显著治疗效果,采用这种治疗技术不仅可以获得理想的疗效,还能减少手术时间与出血量,预防并发症发生,使患者更好更快地康复。

Objective To investigate the effect of bone transfer technique in the treatment of infectious nonunion of large femoral shaft. Methods From October 2015 to October 2018, 40 patients with massive infectious nonunion of femoral shaft in our hospital were selected and divided into the control group(n=20) and the study group(n=20) according to random number table method. The patients in the control group were treated with routine operation, and the patients in the study group were treated with bone transfer technique. The therapeutic effect, bleeding volume, operation time, hospitalization time and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%, which was higher than that of the control group(65.00%), with significant difference(P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the study group was 5.00%, which was lower than that in the control group(30.00%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The amount of bleeding in the study group was less than that in the control group, and the operation time and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The bone transfer technique is effective in the treatment of large segment of infectious nonunion of the femoral shaft. This technique can not only obtain ideal curative effect, but also reduce the operation time and the amount of bleeding, and prevent the occurrence of complications, make the patient recover better and faster.
