眼针治疗脑干卒中展神经损伤的效果

Effect of eye acupuncture treating abducens nerve injury after brainstem stroke

目的观察眼针治疗脑干卒中后展神经损伤的效果。方法选择2015年10月~2017年10月在沈阳市浑河新城中西医结合医院门诊及住院脑干卒中出现展神经损伤的患者42例,随机分为治疗组(n=20)和对照组(n=22)。两组患者均给予现代康复治疗,治疗组加用眼针治疗。连续10次为1个疗程,共治疗4个疗程。分别于第2、4疗程结束,比较两组的临床效果。结果两组第2疗程的治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P=0.08);两组第4疗程的治疗总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.032)。结论眼针疗法能明显改善脑干卒中后展神经损伤症状。

Objective To observe the effect of eye acupuncture treating abducens nerve injury after brainstem stroke.Methods All of 42 patients with abducens nerve injury after brainstem stroke from outpatient and inpatient department of the Shenyang Hunhe Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were selected, and they were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=20) and control group(n=22). Patients in the two groups were given modern rehabilitation treatment, and the treatment group was treated with eye acupuncture additionally. 10 consecutive times as a course of treatment, patients were treated for 4 courses. At the end of the second and fourth courses, the clinical effect between the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the second course of treatment was not significantly different between the two groups(P=0.08), and the total effective rate of the fourth course of treatment was significantly different between the two groups(P =0.032). Conclusion Eye acupuncture therapy can significantly improve abducent nerve injury symptoms after brainstem stroke.
