健康教育结合疼痛护理对包皮环切术患儿康复效果的影响

Effect of health education combined with pain nursing on the rehabilitation effect of children undergoing circumcision

目的探讨健康教育结合疼痛护理对包皮环切术患儿康复效果的影响。方法选取2017年1月~2018年7月在牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院小儿外科行包皮环切术治疗的138例患儿作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法,将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各69例。对照组患儿采取常规护理方法,观察组患儿采取健康教育结合疼痛护理的方法进行干预。比较两组患儿的恐惧情况;比较两组患儿术后不同时间(术后6、24、48 h)的疼痛评分;比较两组患儿的术后并发症总发生率。结果观察组患儿的恐惧情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后24、48 h,观察组患儿的疼痛评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取健康教育结合疼痛护理的方法,有效提高了行包皮环切术患儿的康复效果。

Objective To explore the influence of health education combined with pain nursing on the rehabilitation effect of children undergoing circumcision. Methods From January 2017 to July 2018, 138 children circumcision in pediatric surgery of Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical College were selected as nursing objects from January 2017 to July 2018. The children were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 69 cases in each group. The children in the control group received routine nursing, while the children in the observation group received health education combined with pain nursing. The fear situation of the two groups was compared. The pain scores of the two groups were compared at different postoperative time(6, 24, 48 h after surgery). The total incidence of postoperative complications was compared between the two groups. Results The fear situation of children in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). At 24 and 48 h after surgery, the pain scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P< 0.05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Health education combined with pain nursing was effective to improve the rehabilitation effect of children undergoing circumcision.
