摘要
文章介绍了清水墙砖的特性和清水砖墙砌体施工的技术要点。对采集的建筑垃圾、弃土、尾矿废渣进行了放射性和化学成分检测,这些废渣均属于放射性安全的原材料。因试验设备的局限性,采用底基层和面层化妆土二次布料、压制成型、于马弗炉中在1000~1200℃温度下保温焙烧1~2 h的方法制备了薄片借以模拟清水墙砖。并以弃土、瓷石泥配方结构二元配方干压法制备了清水装饰砖薄片,烧结温度950~1000℃,保温1~2 h。
This paper introduces the characteristics of facing wall bricks and the technical points of brick masonry construction. We tested the radioactive and chemical components of the collected waste residue, construction waste, urban construction waste soil, tailings, all of which belong to safe radioactive raw materials. Due to the limitations of the test equipment, thin sections were prepared by simulating the facing wall bricks, feeding the mixed matching materials into dies separately of the body matrix layer and the surface layer of the makeup soil at two times,pressing, and calcining 1 ~ 2 h in the muffle furnace at 1000 ~ 1200 centigrade degree temperature. It is also possible to prepare thin undecorated wall tiles with only two ingredients of urban construction waste soil and Kaolin stone beneficiation tailings by pressing molding and firing 1 ~ 2 h at 950 ~ 1000 centigrade degree temperature.
