信息化时代,人才流动既能促进社会的发展,又能起到相反的作用。河南作为人口大省,如何把巨大的人口压力转变为人才资源优势,把“人口红利”转化为“人才红利”,对于实现中原崛起、河南振兴意义重大。全面了解河南省人才流动的意向特征及其动因,是河南省经济快速、可持续发展的关键,是增强河南省竞争力的根本所在。
In this information age, talent flow can promote the development of society, or also can play the opposite role. In Henan province, as a large province in population, how to transform the great population pressure into the advantage of talent resource, and turn “the advantage of population” into “the advantage of talent”, this problem is of great significance to realize the rise of central plain and rejuvenation of Henan province. It is necessary to get to know the intentional characteristics and motive of talent flow in Henan province comprehensively, because this is the key to rapid and sustainable development of Henan economy and the fundamental way to increase the competition of Henan province.
