乡村振兴视野下农村生态文明法治建设问题探析

农村生态文明法治建设是农村生态文明建设的内在要求,是贯彻落实生态文明入宪的重要环节,是早日实现乡村振兴的必经之路。现阶段,农村生态文明法治建设尚存在农民法治意识和环保意识淡薄、农村生态文明建设法律规范欠缺、执法力度不足等问题。全面推进农村生态文明法治建设应当从着力提高农民环保意识、加强农村环境保护资金支持、建立完备的农村生态文明法律规范体系、深化农村环境保护执法等角度出发,加快建成青山绿水、诗意栖居的美好乡村。

The construction of rural ecological civilization ruled by law is the inherent requirement of rural ecological civilization construction, the important link of carrying out ecological civilization into the constitution, and the only way to realize rural rejuvenation as soon as possible. At present, there are still some problems in the construction of rural ecological civilization, such as the weak consciousness of rule of law and environmental protection of farmers and the lack of legal norms and law enforcement in the construction of rural ecological civilization. To comprehensively promote the construction of rural ecological civilization by law, the following should be focused on: raising farmer s environmental awareness, strengthening rural environmental protection fund support, establishing a complete legal standard system of rural ecological civilization, deepening the law enforcement of rural environmental protection, and so on. Speed up the construction of green mountains and rivers, poetic residence of the beautiful countryside.
